RENTAL PROGRAM A great feature of owning a condo at the Country Inn is the opportunity to either:
* During periods an owner participates in Jiminy's rental
program, Jiminy takes care of all marketing, promotions, Owner's are not required to use Jiminy's rental program and may rent the unit on their own or through someone else, in which case, the owner is responsible for arranging the details, cleaning and laundry. Jiminy may be requested to handle these activities for a fee. Exact terms and conditions of the Jiminy rental program will be provided upon request. CONDOMINIUM GOVERNMENT The condos at the Country Inn are governed by a seven member Board of Trustees elected by the homeowners. The board generally meets four times a year when owners are invited to attend if they wish, and full Ownership Meetings are held twice a year. ASSSESSSMENTS/COSTS As with all condominium programs, there are associated costs, such as a Maintenance Fee for common areas, Taxes, Electricity, Heat, Water, Insurance, a Capital Reserve account for overall improvements to the Inn, and Commissions /Refurbishment fees if you wish to include the condo in Jiminy's rental program.
