RENTAL PROGRAM

A great feature of owning a condo at the Country Inn is the opportunity to either:

  • Enjoy using it throughout the entire year
  • Arrangements can be made with management for cleaning and laundry after each visit, or upon request at any time
  • Renting it out through Jiminy's rental program for whatever periods during the year you know you will not use it personally*.
  • Renting it out 100% as an investment property, and still having the option to use it for your own needs that would not exceed a two-week period.*

* During periods an owner participates in Jiminy's rental program, Jiminy takes care of all marketing, promotions,
reservations, cleaning and laundry, and the owner does not have to be involved.

Owner's are not required to use Jiminy's rental program and may rent the unit on their own or through someone else, in which case, the owner is responsible for arranging the details, cleaning and laundry. Jiminy may be requested to handle these activities for a fee. Exact terms and conditions of the Jiminy rental program will be provided upon request.
